Configuring VoIP Accounts

The following guides will help you to configure your VoIP account on different devices and operating systems to start using the phone numbers and virtual hired. If you can not find a solution you can consult our FAQ section or contact for more support.

We recommend using Linphone since it is the most compatible with the current computers and mobile devices.

Linphone (Windows, Mac OS X, Linux + Android, iPhone, Windows Phone)

Download, install and run the appropriate version for your device and operating system from www.linphone.org.

Within the program, go to the settings of "SIP Account" and enter:

Username: ######
Password: ******
Domain: sip.entirnet.com

The details ###### y ****** will appear as user and password login in our website inside "Account"->"Products and Services"->"SIP Account"..

If the data entry was right you'll see "online" and your account will be activated within Linphone.

MicroSIP (Windows)

Download the latest version of the software in www.microsip.org from section "Downloads" (we recommend the Lite version as it is lighter and portable).

Once installed, run the program from section "Menu" -> "Add Account" enter:

SIP Server: sip.entirnet.com
Domain: sip.entirnet.com
User: ######
Password: ******

The details ###### y ****** will appear as user and password login in our website inside "Account"->"Products and Services"->"SIP Account"..

Once you have entered the information, click on "Save", if the configuration was correct an icon will appear in the lower left in green with the word "Online".

Jitsi (Windows, Mac OS X o Linux)

Download from jitsi.org the appropriate installer for your operating system, run it and open Jitsi.

In the first run a window appears, enter the following data under the "SIP" protocol (if the window does not appear, go to the options / preferences and add new features):

Username: ######@sip.entirnet.com
Password: ******

The details ###### y ****** will appear as user and password login in our website inside "Account"->"Products and Services"->"SIP Account"..

If the information was entered correctly, it will appear as "online" within the application.

Other Devices

Although the specific configuration of each device can vary, the basic data to consider in the configuration are:

SIP Server / SIP Proxy: sip.entirnet.com
Domain / Realm: sip.entirnet.com
SIP User ID / Username: ######
Password: ******
